Salma is sharing the rich culinary heritage of Gaza kitchen to support her family during these challenging times. Let’s transforming art into direct, tangible help for those in need. Every plate, every flavour, would carry a deeper purpose
Salma serves Fatteh Hummus (see photo below) and Palestinian Helbh (a dessert with fenugreek seeds, see photo above).

In collaboration with A Beautiful Mess, a social enterprise restaurant and cultural space based in Amsterdam. We work with people from refugee backgrounds, offering them training, coaching, and job opportunities in hospitality. Our mission is to create a warm, inclusive space where cultures come together—through food, stories, and shared experiences.
