Become part of the Ambacht in Beeld Festival: volunteers wanted!

Do you want to help make the Ambacht in Beeld Festival a big success once again? We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist us during the Craft in Focus Festival at the NDSM Loods in Amsterdam.

What You Can Expect as a Volunteer

On September 23rd and 24th, the NDSM Loods in Amsterdam-Noord will be transformed into a massive public workshop where over 90 artisans will provide workshops and masterclasses. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of this vibrant event. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to attend a workshop during the festival (subject to availability) and receive an official Ambacht in Beeld Festival T-shirt from us. Depending on your shifts, we’ll provide food and beverages.

Educational Days and New Participants

This year, we’re introducing a new event, the Craft in Focus Training Days. On September 21st and 22nd, artisanal vocational schools will present themselves to young individuals facing decisions about their studies. We aim to make these vocational programs better known and encourage new participants. For these days as well, we’re in search of a few enthusiastic volunteers.

How Can You Help? 

We’re seeking volunteers for various roles. These include welcoming and assisting the audience, scanning tickets, selling workshop tickets and entrance passes, supporting artisans, being on hand to help wherever necessary, and assisting with transforming the NDSM Loods.
